Shipping Policy

What is the estimated delivery time?

  • We usually dispatch most orders within 2-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

  • Though we keep 95% of our catalog in our inventory, certain products need to be sourced directly from the warehouse, which may delay your order.

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

  • You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Return & Exchange Policy

What is the return policy on SignForSafety?
Most of our products are eligible for return and replacements for domestic orders. 
There are some items that are Made to order which are not eligible for returns. 
The return and exchange policy for every product is clearly mentioned on the product page. 


Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If the product is eligible for return/ replacement, you can raise the return/ replacement request from My Order section in App within 7 days of delivery to request return and replacement. 
Only products which are unused, unwashed, undamaged, Sealed with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for return only can be returned/ replaced.

  • RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with the website’s Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Return and Refund Policy at any time.

  • RETURN POLICY

If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase and wants to return it within 07 days after delivery, we will ask the customer to send the product back to our factory (full address will be provided to the customer via email). After 07 days of product delivery, we shall not be liable to accept a return from the Customer.

We will ask the customer to send the product back to our factory (a complete address will be provided to the customer via email). In this case, the Exchange/Refund of the Damaged/returned item shall be subject to the following conditions given below:

  • Eligibility for Return:

  • The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received. By original packaging, we mean the product isn’t used with proof of purchase or order number. The product must be returned within seven days of delivery.

  • After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

  • All customers must contact www.signforsafety.com for approval before sending or returning any item to us. 

  • www.signforsafety.com will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to www.signforsafety.com

Note: mysigncart.com reserves the right to any changes to the return policy. Any changes will be updated on our website.

  • DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT

When the product is incorrect from the one that the customer ordered or when the item is damaged, the customer must send photos or a video within 48 hours after delivery that shows the item is incorrect or damaged. 

In this case, we will reship a new item or issue a refund after inspecting the item. And the customer shall be liable to return the product as per our return policy (mentioned above). The Replacement will be made at our sole discretion.

In case of a damaged product, the shipping cost shall be paid by the Company.

Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

All refunds will be issued as per our refund policy. Please contact us via email, and we will respond within 3 (Three) business days.

Moreover, if we remove or suspend you for your breach of the website terms, then you will not receive a refund for our service.

  • METHODS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND

We will refund your amount to the original payment method once it has been processed.

  • REFUND CYCLE

The complete refund process usually takes about 10-15 working days from the date of confirmation of the refund.
